Term of Agreement:
Five (5) years, with renewal provisions
Use of EI Name and Trademarks:
Right to use name, logos, and trademarks of the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI)

- International recognition through AHLEI name and network of licensed schools

Fees:
- Application fee
- License fee
- Annual maintenance fee
Obligations of AHLEI:
- Certify full-time faculty members/eligible employees
- Perform a pre-license school inspection
- Make technical assistance available
- Maintain standards throughout the network of licensed schools
- Promote AHLEI name and products internationally
