New from EI! Digital Textbooks

Several of EI’s most popular hospitality management textbooks are now available in digital format. For about half the cost of a new print textbook, students can access a digital book online. Features include one or two page view, zoom, bookmark pages, insert notes, print pages, search by keyword or page number, one-click access to the table of contents, and more.

Students will receive six-month access to the digital textbook.
